Hi there!

I want to ask your help for a blinking matter. I have an animal that every-time the fixation point appears it blinks right away but then continues fixating for as long as needed. However, with ML, when a blink occurs the trial is counted as a fixation break and moves into the next trial. Is there any way to have have ML, tolerate 1-2 short blinks during that period?

Thanks!

Use the FreeThenHold adapter.

Thanks! I'm having however an older version of ML and this doesn't seem to work. I've downloaded the latest(?) version from this website (NIMH_MonkeyLogic_2.zip (Zip archive)):

https://www.nimh.nih.gov/labs-at-nimh/research-areas/clinics-and-labs/ln/shn/monkeylogic/download.shtml

but now when I try to load the conditions file, I get this error:
<html><img src="file:///C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018b\toolbox\matlab\icons\warning.gif" height="16" width="16">&nbsp;<font color="red">Index exceeds the number of array elements (11). (mlconditions.load_file, Line 79)</font></html>

Please advice!

Thanks

It doesn't tell me much about what went wrong. You need to show me your conditions file. Or set a break point where the error occurred and see what the problem is.
