I'm seeing that the Strobe line goes high when an event marker is sent and then it continues to stay high.  I see this with the Strobe test too.  Is this the expected behavior?

Cool.  So the ground state is HIGH and strobed state is LOW for 125 microsecond, correct?

No. It seems that you set the strobe mode "on rising edge". Then, the ground state is LOW and the strobe state is HIGH. The strobe line stays in the strobe state for most of time and goes back to the ground state briefly just before sending out the trigger.

You can decide whether the ground state should be LOW ("on rising edge") or HIGH ("on falling edge").
