Hi, Jaewon,

I want to run an experiment that for example has 10 block. By default setting, after finishing one block, monkeylogic will run directly into the next block.

What if we want to set up a resting period (stop after finish the perivous block for a certain time) before entering the next block?

Does the monkeylogic main interface are able to set-up such resting period?

Thanks!

I think you can use the alert function for this. Please search the manual with a keyword, 'alert'.

ftp://helix.nih.gov/lsn/monkeylogic/ML2_doc/NIMH%20MonkeyLogic%20Manual.pdf

And also see 'alert_function.m' in the ML directory. There are many helpful comments written in the file. You can add 'pause' or something like that under the 'block_end' hook.
