Hey All,

I've run into an issue recently. I'm using the ISCAN eye tracking system and MonkeyLogic, and I've run into an issue with the Origin and gain method of fixation. When I have the viewing distance set to 90, I can get a good 9 point fixation. When I have it set to the actual 57 cm, I max out the gain prior to getting the eye even to the inner circle of fixation points, (the eye tracking hovers at the inner edge of the fixation circle, just enough to pass the test, and can't reach the outer diameter. Any clues about what may be causing this issue?

Are you saying that you could complete the calibration when the viewing distance was 90 cm, but couldn't when it was 57 cm? Did you try boosting the voltage output of the eye tracker?

The Output range was set to -5 to 5 but it seemed like the signal wasn't taking advantage of the full range. After working with the ISCAN software a bit more I realized what the issue was and it works now. Thanks for the tip.
