Hi All,

I would like to adapt the mlcalibrate_orign_gain script to either print to the command line or save 1) the number of total trials 2) the number of correct hits (when reward has been delivered). The reason I want to do this, is to be able to keep track while using it to train the subject to fixate/saccade. I'm wondering if this could be done around line 161 of the mlcalibrate_origin_gain.m script, "if done / if success, DAQ.goodmonkey(etc etc etc)", by adding a counter & display command. I'm not entirely sure how the loop functions however, and where such a counter/display would make sense.

anyone who has adapted this similarly or has suggestions, we would appreciate it!
thanks.

I hope this is what you want. The numbers are not stored to the data file but printed on the command window, when the tool is closed. I think this is useful to others, too.
